Cub Scout Den Chief

Description: A Cub Scout Den Chief works with a den of Wolf or Bear Scouts and their adult leaders, helping them to achieve the purposes of the Cub Scout program.
Reports To: Den Leader, Scoutmaster
Duties:
Complete Den Chief Fast Start training online.
Complete Den Chief training in a classroom session or with your Den Leader.
Know the purpose of the Cub Scout Scouting program.
Serve as an activities assistant at den meetings.
Be a role model to younger boys and project a positive image of Boy Scouting.
Meet regularly with the Troop 202 adult mentor for Den Chiefs to keep them informed of activities and accomplishments in this role.
Strive to earn the Den Chief Service Award.
Eligibility: A member in good standing of the troop
