Patrol Chuck Box

Each Patrol is assigned a chuck box that contains all cooking equipment "owned" and used by the Patrol.  It is the responsibility of the Patrol Leader to make sure the chuck box is clean, properly equipped, and ready for use at all times.  He may delegate this task to a Patrol quartermaster, but he retain responsibility to make sure it is done.
